moderators: please keep the suggestions coming and please try and keep a main list of features, upgrades or fixes that we want at the top of this thread.

well we used to have comments, but we had no moderation on them, so im planning on writing a new comments area for news that any member can report a post by clicking the icon, this way its easier for us all to moderate.
Hobbs, you always take forever to do something JK bud...the site is awesome, and always like how you take feedback into consideration and tweek things to work or keeping it updated for the 'social' people.
Here's a suggestion, ever thought about an rss feed similar to the one for xbmc? The scrolling feature would be a nice toolbar feature. Maybe something where we can choose which forum it came from like news,downloads, etc. I don't do software so I'm not sure if it's possible. Mind you I appreciate you going back to the old dropdown feed with an updated feel.

Yeh i can do it bro, nice suggestion, just need the time off work now to get it done.
I have loads of plans, and with all the other guys input it should be a very cool place to hang out.. I have been writing loads of JQUERY scripts which will change the site alot, and over the next few weeks our new brand server will be online and it has something ridiculous like 48gb of ram on board.
anyway everyone, what feature or suggestion do you have?? Id you see something from another site that you like please link me to it so i know what you mean.. if it's simple to implement i can add it in 1hr or so when i have the time.

I think the reputation idea is excellent. Anything that brings more interaction for the users is a nice thing.
I only suggested social icon links to help people be able to promote posts they like externally around the internet. It could be for a whole thread and or for individual posts. This is more of a promotion thing to help advertise the site everywhere for free. This would make it easier for people to share things they like in the forums similar to how you can share the news on the site. On the reputation idea, I think that will help improve the quality of posts. I know I have posted some dumb posts in the past but if I knew they and or I could be rated maybe I would try harder to be more helpful, friendly and put real thought into for example.
I'm not talking about the fun posts, friendly banter or the newbie questions at all.
