nope I haven't used it but looks pretty cool and very cheap. I use a Hauppage HD-PVR to record in 1080p from my xbox 360 or whatever.. it was the best i could find. The hauppage does all the encoding in the box itself and doesn't use your pc. I prefer this method.
Both very interesting. May be something to look into with HQ Achieveables.

the one the SPPV has linked us too looks great value for the money.. Only $99.. Compared to over $300 for mine.. But the $99 dollar one uses your computer to encode everything. _________________________________________________________ HQ Network:

Im gonna order one and see how it does, I already do all my encoding and recording on a PC anyways. I think it'll do a lot better than pointing a camera at a screen like I do now. I might grab a haupage one as well since its only 229 for one at the stores here.
Pity Roxio isnt paying attention to the money markets they want the same price in CDN as US $ evnthough CDN is worth $1.05 US right now. Supposed to be here in 2 days. I'll let you guys know how it does

Yeah Ive just been busy working on Pimped. Im gonna try it out today. Bought one for my PC as well for 49. Its called Dazzle Movie Maker and it records to an external HDD. I think it will be good for doing my tuts and recording games on my PC

At the moment I use the kaiser baas version of that movie maker to make my HQ Achieveables videos but can wait to play with Roxio
Dont get your hopes to high. As a recorder its great but the included video software is crap. Damn glad Ive got Corel, Pinnacle and Nero. Ill have a vid ready to go in a little bit.
