Hey guys, im starting to do some research on installing hard drives that are not official, i been reading a bunch and it seems to be prety successful to do with the 120gb drive and i have come across the hddss.bin for the 250gb drive, i was thinking about jumping straight to the 250gb, but plan to do 120's also. Basically i was looking for some other opinions, expieriences, resources, ect. and if anybody has done the 250gb drive yet and works good or not. _________________________________________________________

Hi Digi,
I know Sjohn and alot of other members have successfully upgraded their HDD's no problem.. No idea if they go online with that though, it could get the console banned..

I did a 250gig western digital a little while ago, worked great. Wasn't difficult to do, i didn't come across and complications when i did it. The 250gig drive cost me £38 i think.
