Im proud to announce that the Australian heavy metal band DeathAudio has given permission for their music to be used as the soundtrack on future tutorials and gameplay videos on the Hq network of sites. I will be working overtime to produce new videos in an effort to help fellow XBOX users and to help promote an excellent band.
This is the only one with 360 content that Ive done
Ive got some excellent ones in the Godfather thread on the xbox site, (almost done switching it over to H264 vids done with Roxio Game Capture)
Any of you who play it on 360 may want to check it out if you need a little help in being Don of New York
Ive also gotten some excelent Canadian bands to agree to allow their music to be used, and my band will be recording some tunes for in videos but Im waiting for Res Evil 4 to use them since our music is pretty dark and evil And of course my two favourites Epica and Orphaned Land have released a number of albums with express free distribution rights.
Just stay away from music signed to WMG even under our liberal laws here in Canada fair use or not YouTube will disable the audio even if its only a couple seconds on any WMG content, same with Alliance Atlantis. I used just the credits from the TPB movie in an XBMC video and they blocked it.
