I run 720p, that's what my LCD HDTV runs, so that's the best for me, I love the graphics. _________________________________________________________

Full 1080i on LCD with Digital (extra cable on video/audio plug on 360) 5.1 surround sound
Thats another bad point of Sony. They support 1080p but there are like 5 TVs I have seen online that do support that currently and they're not cheap. So all that time getting it to do 1080p and not many people will even get a 1080p TV.

I have a 52' JVC D-ILA Its Native resolution is 720p so that is what my 360 is set too. My TV will accept 1080i but like alot of sets all it does is downscale it to 720p anyway so its better to just leave it in its native resolution. no chance for glitches from the TV processor that way.
As for how it looks,,,,,,,GREAT!!!!! _________________________________________________________

nope my friend its a good thing , 1080p is the real true hd and all tvs are coming with this option and plus the real tv after crt tube is going to be sed tv . now that was the next big thing and plasma lcd dlp none of those were soposed to be in development , the beta sed tv reached over 100,000:1 contras ratio . thats one hundreadd and one thousnd to one ratio. no tv will stand it . its the outbeats everything and will be affortable due to compeptition and its pretty much the next crt tube tech but in a slim tv like. google it _________________________________________________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition

I see what your saying and I too have seen a 1080p set that has a 10,000:1 constrast but the thing is its like $10,000 which isn't really anyones price range so it will be along time before people have them. HDTV comes to Sky in the UK here in 2008 or something so were're miles of.

My HDTV Supports all modes except the new 1080p..
So i can choose whatever mode i want..
I was just looking to see what most guys were runnning..
720 seems to be the highest most guys go so they dont get a blue screen or other screen when a game doesnt support 1080..
