Yea i just finally did one of my 2gb up and i think i been here for about 30mins now and still downloading the update for xbox live jebus i think the read and write speeds must be crap on the usb drive i am using my better 16gb one is not working for some reason does it have to be standard fat or fat32 for it to work. I use a lexar 4 GB and it is just as fast as the mem cards, there is a test you can run from the xbox that will tell you if the drive is suited for the xbox or not.
