Hey all,
I'm coming at you with some problems and some possible explanations. My friends 360 recently shit the bed. I took a look at it today and discovered that it had 1.3.4 flashing red. I looked at the error codes manual and deciphered it as a unknown error. I also discovered that the 360 knows what position it is in because we took it from vertical to horizontal and the lights changed on it. Kind of creepy if you ask me...
So supposedly nobody knows what causes this error. When ever it started to boot up no lights would come on and then a loud beep would follow kind of like an old 286 pc at bootup. Anyway, we unplugged all the cords and stuff and still wouldnt work. However when we booted it one time and quickly ejected the dvd it would randomly boot up and work but it would still have the red lights. I am assuming the "unknown" code has something to do with the dvd drive. Anyway its under warranty and were not going to fuck with it. Just thought i would share some of my findings.
