My friend has a 7363 that I have just recovered from the red ring of death, although it seems to be overheating... But high definition works at least. _________________________________________________________

I don't know if I ever mentioned it but I have tons of rework equipment at my disposal. Talking high end stuff. Worked in the component level repair field for like 10 years. It is what my Dad's business is all about.
I might be able to help you guys out if wanted. _________________________________________________________ 10% VIP Discount (Coupon Code: HQ-VIP-001 ) - Signup for web hosting at www.TweakedHosting.com/clients/aff.php?aff=004 and earn the HQ network of sites recurring income!

Yeah but I didn't have to reball the ones did. If you have ones that need to be reballed, they may have suffered some hot heat hehe or got ripped of the board lol
Your instructions on applying even heat is key, moving in a circular motion if using a heat gun and if you have skill you may get it to last quite some time but to get even better I would use a reworkation with computer controlled heat distribution and perfect timing. _________________________________________________________ 10% VIP Discount (Coupon Code: HQ-VIP-001 ) - Signup for web hosting at www.TweakedHosting.com/clients/aff.php?aff=004 and earn the HQ network of sites recurring income!

buy a new console like a jasper, or mod your xenon by doing fan mod,
just put more fan because the xenon make more heat inside the console because he have a 90nm GPU & CPU.
just put a fan do not make the 12v mod the adaptor.
i use extra 12v adapter.

If anything it would be a lot better to use the JTAG NAND patcher which sets your fans to a fixed speed. _________________________________________________________

I was looking into that at the time although I didn't have the money for a BGA Reballing kit or enough money to send it to somebody to reball it for me. Now I really don't care as there is a new exploit out so I'm not losing much anyway. _________________________________________________________
