I have been testing out a new HD PVR with the xbox 360 and i must say i am more than impressed with its quality. The hauppage HD PVR captures 1080i/p 720p and ofcourse all your standard def stuff.

Here is a video i recorded the other night with a few of the HQ guys.

To view in HD 720p you will need to visit YOUTUBE and select from the various video modes.

I went to it on youtube to watch in 720 full screen, That came out nice and clean. I want one

Dude, i highly recommend it.. From now on 360-HQ will have alot more exclusive screenshots, trailers and guides.. I have been wanting this exact model for over 2 years now, and well worth the wait and saving.

The Hauppage HD PVR captures in .MP4, .M2TS, and .TS video formats with full surround sound via the fibre optic cable. MP4 is ready to work on 360 straight away, the other formats are for PS3 and video editing.

Personally i just get the HD .mp4 file and then convert it to XVID HD 720p.. It saves a shitload of space and no significant quality loss as you can imagine.
