Just came across this on content coming out on the 5th to allow you to rank up and not end the game when you end the main story.
With new downloadable content on the way for Fallout 3 Bethesda has released some new screenshots to give gamers a taste of things to come. The upcoming content is titled, "Broken Steel" and will bring with it some changes that gamers have been asking for. At the top of the list is that this new content will raise the level cap from level 20 to level 30. By getting your character to the new level cap you will unlock more perks as well as some brand new achievements. Once you pass level 20 there will be some brand new enemies that you will have to deal with including a Super Mutant Overlord. You will continue your Fallout 3 character past the events of "Project Purity" and work with the Brotherhood of Steel to try and eliminate the threat once and for all. The "Broken Steel" content is set to hit XBox Live on May 5.

Bethesda Softworks, today announced the Fallout: New Vegas collector's edition (CE) for Xbox 360, PS3 and Games for Windows. The premium version of Fallout: New Vegas also includes “Lucky 7” poker chips, a deck of cards and more.
