Im hoping soon to reborrow this demo disc back from a mate, but it seems its just a easy 1000 points (only 5 achievements) with those achievements only labeled with "Secret Achievement - Continue playing to unlock this secret achievement."
This is the demo disc that came in the Australian Official Xbox Magazine (only wanted to test out Most Wanted on it and found these as achievements on the disc)
Apparently completely using the disc unlocks the achievements and maybe extra content. I will edit this message once i find out exactly how to unlock them.

It is now confirmed as suspected by Forahobby that the achievements are perminately locked because Microsoft doesn't want the magazine to be the ones giving away points only complete games.
