I have a 360 that I want to Jtag. My question is if I have a hard drive that has been on a different 360 and it's dashboard has been updated to a newer version witch cannot be Jtaged will it try to install the newer dash automatically if I switch the hdd to the older console?

Don't install it! It will kill your JTAG vulnerability. Just hook up your xbox 360's hard drive to a XSata, XPort or Transfer Kit, and then delete the $SystemUpdate folder in Partition 3 and it should not ask you to update again. Back up the $SystemUpdate folder just in case something goes wrong though. _________________________________________________________

Which application you recomend to manage Xbox 360 HDD folders and files? _________________________________________________________

There may be better applications now but this is what i used to transfer files from my 360 to pc with.
I personally reccomend XPlorer360 for managing and sorting Xbox 360 files. If you want to just view files and folders on your Xbox 360, then XPort 360 by far!
