anyone tell me in plain english how i get game footage , say to put on youtube from my 360 ? i have tried just videoing the tv in hd but the quality is Crap . anyone ? _________________________________________________________
You could either get a DVD recorder or a capture card. I've never use a capture card, but I know it works well.
With a DVD recorder, just plug the AV cables into open ports on the DVD recorder and press record. It should give you a fairly high quality video. _________________________________________________________

Personally i would suggest a PVR.. with a PVR you can play while recording and you wont need a PC.. If you want to record in HD you will need to look into a specific recorder.
I used to always use my capture card on my pc but have recently invested in a PVR which i can just attach and record as i play..

heheh. Maybe you could start with something cheap like a USB capture cable for your laptop/pc.. Try your local pc shop and ask for something to capture your gameplay..
Depending on what you are after i think you will get away with it pretty cheap man.. There are plenty of cheap PVR's out there too.
here is the cheapest capture card i could find. need to get one for myself too. lol
