hi guys,
as above says i am having problems with the above programs.it all started with the summer update a few weeks back.i can transfer the contents of my 360 hdd to my pc when using the above programs,but when i go to copy the files back both programs crash.
downloaded the latest version of each program,tried it on a different pc,both different operating systems,but problem still occurs.anyone elese having this problem and does anyone know of a fix to correct this.b4 the update eveything worked grand on both pcs using both programs.even tried doing an image but same thing again when i try to drag files back onto image.

now don't that suck.. I haven't seen any of our members reporting any problems.. Maybe something did change with the most recent update but im not aware of any otherwise there would be tonnes of posts.
Do you know anyone with a xbox 360 which hasn't had the update yet?
You could try using the software on that hdd and see if it's the same result.
