hay ppl how much gamerscore do u have im trying to see how many ppl i gan get to tell me how much gamerscore they got and feel free to post random stuff here
I'm nearly up to 12000 now (11915), at first when I got my 360 I went all crazy for achievements, but now I just play the game for fun and if i really like it I'll go for the achievements.

Hi All,
When i first go my xbox 360 on the USA launch there wasnt many games around but i still managed to get around 5,000 gs points in the first few weeks.
Then i became a gamerscore whore for a few months until i reached around 20,000.. It took me around 12 months of legitimate gaming to get 20,000.. Im like 49,000 nearly now i think.. But its been 3 years nearly..
I personally like finishing my games in full and not poluting my gamerscore with shitty games i wont ever finish.

The gamerscore is a great addition i think. I'd only play a game once but now with games like Gears of War, i will play again on the harder level to get the points rather than move onto the next game. It's also a plus for the developers because they know people will play their games more (if i was a developer i would like to think people are making the most of the games i made).
What's all the business about M$ labelling people cheaters from boosting their gamerscore by illicit means? How do people do that?
How the fcuk did you get 5,000 points in a few weeks? I've had mine since christmas and have only got whatever it says to the left of this post. Although i don't get an awful lot of time to play, what with the kids and the wife.... Fcuking families

I've only got about 3000 at the moment, but i spend all most all my time playing Fifa 08 and i'm not realy after getting a load of points that much.......
but have got to say this........

People edit other people's gamesaves so they just load up the save and then they unlock the achievement thats how people have been "cheating"
When the 360 first came out developers were a little confused as to what to do for achievements so they were usually quite simple to unlock and they usually had under 20

Fight Night Round 3
Madden 06
if you want a quick boost in gamerscore just check out this thread it has the easiest games to get 100% achievements for

I agree I would prefer to play the games for what they are and play for fun rather then the gamerscore boost. If I really like the game I will go for the achievements though.
I've had this account for a year and I've only got 6000 gs. I don't see how people can have so much like jbrizzel (like 73000 now!), It takes me a while to get the achievements. _________________________________________________________
