Falcon (late 2007)
* 65 nm CPU
* Bigger CPU cooler
* 175 Watt powersupply / 12V rated 14.2A
Opus (mid 2008)
* No HDMI output
* Replacements for Xenon repairs, 65 nm CPU
* 175 Watt powersupply / 12V rated 14.2A
Jasper (later 2008)
* 65 nm GPU (the true way to idenfify a Jasper is by looking at the chip)
* 256 MB internal flash memory
* 150 Watt powersupply / 12V rated 12.1A
Also lets know if were using any cooler system like intercooler, whisper, etc.

I was one of the lucky ones who got a Xenon (first gen) launch console from the USA.. It lasted over 2 and a half years being on 24x7 in 45 degree celcius heat here in Australia no probs.
When it finally died i invest in a new PAL Australian expect (first gen) which was also a dud, It died after 6 months, I Did the X-CLAMP and a few other mods and it fixed it for a short time but then i just gave up.
I'm now using all my old 360s for spare drives, lasrers etc etc.
Might even make some case mods again. The new falcons i must admit kick ass.. monsterboy had his old Xeyphr here and my new falcon was silent! heheh

RROD on a xenon and a Zypher. Xenon broke October 2007 and Zypher broke November 2008. _________________________________________________________

RROD on 2 xenon's I just got one of the new jasper consoles. After all I had to go through with M$ hopefully this is the last 360 I have to ever buy again. Funny thing is I have a launch Xbox 1 that still works to this very day.
The xbox 1 was much better though in terms of quality of build. _________________________________________________________

I cant argue with that Dart I think they were in such a hurry to beat sony and nintendo to the market they didnt properly test the 360 to make sure it would last
