Alright guys, dont bag on me too hard. But, I am new to the XBOX scene. I was a devoted lover of Sony since my SNES days..Got way into PSP hacking and modding. Gave it up about a year ago when i had to sell my PSPs for rent money(rough times) . Well as it turns out, I got a 360 for my BDay in Feb. My Play and charge controller gets pretty warm when its charging for a while. So im gonna get a new one and mod the old one. What tools are needed for me to tear it down to mod it . Im thinking of rubberizing it and adding LEDs to the face buttons. Can this be done with the factory controller shell or do i need one made specially for this mod?

well you can all sorts of tools or make your own to open the case but the rest of it gets pretty technical. Hope your pc savy..
