Right, over the last week or two I've been getting into modding controllers for myself and my friends by replacing the ROL SMD's with nicely coloured ones. I was getting along fine until I did my last pad.
Normally when you plug a wired pad into a 360 LED's 1 and 4 light up for a brief moment right?
Well I modded this wired pad the same as I modded the others, plugged it in and before I can even turn it on, light's 1 and 4 are lit up constantly (and slightly brighter than usual). I check my soldering and replaced the LED's and what do you know, same problem.
Other than this the pad seems to work fine.
Where the hell have I gone wrong and how can I fix it?

Do you have any pics or a video? i would check the board very carefully you may have bridged something and not even realize it. Have you tried using it on another 360? I do a little research and see what i can find for ya.
Thanks for the heads up Hobbs. _________________________________________________________
