I'm not too familiar with the technical faqs on the 360 yet and was wondering if it has issues with being unplugged like the XB does...

What is the real Elctrical Consumption values.

I'm hoping I get my Kill-a-watt meter for christmas to see what the real usage is when the 360 is Turned on vs Standby.

I'd like to cut my electrical bill down and not have to keep resseting my clock on the 360

You don't have to worry about resetting the clock. If your hooked up to xbox live it will automaticly reset the clock to the right time. If your not hooked up to xbox live it will just auto set the clock to 5:00 am on november 25th 2005.

According to the EPA the playstation 3 burns through more electricity then two refrigerators in a year on standby! The 360 is not that bad but definetly unplug it. I have all my electronics on circuit strips and turn the strips off at night and have seen a definite improvement in my electricity bill. Trust me it works. The inconvience of resetting the clock is nothing compared to the cash you will save.

I don't think it would use more the about 3W when the console is off.

Found a write up here and it compares everything with a modern PC. Xbox 360 is less than ps3 for everything except when they are off/in standby
