The new IXtreme 1.5 firmware is already available for download in Usenet Newsgroups.

This has been a huge effort by everyone in Team Jungle comprising of the best talent in the world. It has been a privilege to work in the team which has enabled us to get to this point. Truly a worldwide effort and the greatest hack that i have been involved in!
The road has been a long one:
- getting the key serial output
- decapping the 1319L chip
- reading the embedded flash, very difficult!
- decrypting fw
- creating iXtreme
- creating Jungleflasher GUI+tools

Yes soon there will be the Hitachi 1.5 probably today or tomorrow shouldn't be to long.
But the question is what actually gets people banned with the modded console.
I know a few people still rolling on 1.1 and that and no bann hammer on them so is updateing to the new one a good idea or not lets hear what you all have to say on this subject. No Flaming What people have to say this is just saying what u think and why people get banned.
Me myself im going to Role on line with my Non Modded Console just because my other one did get banned not to long ago but i will just wait tell they have a fully secure way to stop from being banned on a modded xbox 360 but i doubt that will ever happen lmao. _________________________________________________________ The one the only Scarface!!
Well the firmware is already 100% stealth, microsoft can't find the flashed firmware as of now. What is getting people banned is playing games early and making bad back ups. _________________________________________________________

I myself have already updated to the new firmware. I really dont think anyone really can tell what is getting people banned. I know people that have been using modded console since the first batch of firmware has hit the scene, and Ive seen people that modded their console and were banned within six months.

x_splinter, as you starrted the post i think that you have no option but to upgrade your firmware
I have a liteon and think i will do my firmware, well get someone else to do it. I have seen someone on ebay that will do it for £19 inc. p&p, which i think is ok for this drive. _________________________________________________________ Opinions are like arse holes, everybody has one and your's stinks.
