It gets better and better always because we have the best Coder in the world Hobbs and with all he does for this site lets hope we get more people on and help donate to the site any way you can from info to guides to reviews to achievement guides anything or even suggestions thats what he relies on the the most from us is we give him input on are ideas and what ways can we improve the site. But ya once you get use to the new setup its a breeze and very very easy to use. Helps you find things faster. Just like when Firefox first came out people were like wtf but after using it for a little bit geting use to it and customizing it to how you would want it, it then became a breeze catch my drift ha. _________________________________________________________ The one the only Scarface!!

Okay well the load times on the front page are horrendous now. I literally mean like 6 to 7 minutes before my page loads. In a way it is good because it allows me to go to the bathroom and get something to eat and maybe catch a show. As for the banner being gone I liked it and find my answering posts have been seriously affected by not being able to locate a question immediately. So the banner was taken away to increase load times and now the load times are worse. The old adage if it is not broken don't fix it certainly applies here. And no it is not my connection! Every other webpage under the sun loads immediately if not sooner. Just not this one anymore. I know some of you say well just click this and then that to get to the forums active posts blah blah blah. Yes this is so much better then just clicking something once. Anyhow sorry to be the basher here but I just needed to be honest and get this off my chest. _________________________________________________________

Thanks for the feedback reb.
I think you will find the homepage sometimes takes a while due to the amount of info we have. eg. VIDEOS, SCREENSHOTS etc etc.
Im slowly working through everything to make the site faster..
Whats the games page like?? I bet its alot faster mate.

The 360-HQ site has statistics tracked since we are in top 100,000 websites in the world and this code is embedded in every page.. This is for our own benefit and may cause the site to slow some.
Our advertisers may also slowdown the page.
A tip:
Never use IE.. Its hopeless.

Every page I go to on the 360 HQ is loading slow now. It's just this site and it is every page not just the front page. All other sites I go to load lightning quick. Just not this one. Sorry but it is frustrating when something that was working perfectly for me is now broken. _________________________________________________________
Okay well I switched my computer to firefox 3 to see if IE was the problem even though I have been using IE since I became a member of this site and had no problems with load times. You know what switching to ff3 changed for me? Notta. Still same slow load times and it is making me download alot of plugins. I went to game informer.com and that is a graphically heavy website with alot of ads and fillers and it loads lightning quick. I am confused and a little disappointed in the changes. I really don't mean to be a critic and I appreciate all your hard work Hobbs but I seriously think something is wrong here. I honestly can hit Xbox 360 HQ link and go get something to drink and maybe a snack and when I get back it is still loading the first page. Oh and firefox 3 is way way way overated in my opinion. I honestly can't tell the difference between ff3 and IE. _________________________________________________________

Dude i dont mean to be rude but hell i think you need a PC rebuild or somethng man.
Im on near the worse ADSL connection possible and my pages dont take more then a few seconds to display. Can someone else confirm that it takes 15 seconds to load the homepage??
If it took 15 secs reb everyone would not even bother waiting.
And we have signups everyday mate so i dont know what the issue is with your PC..
