Hi guys,
Been playing alot of ridge racer lately to try and complete the entire map in single player mode.. Im so close.. Its taken me ages.. hahah
Not that ive played it everyday but god it has taken some hrs out of me..
The game itself is great with nice graphics and even nicer gameplay.
Even though it does get a little dull after a while i always find myself coming back..
Has anyone else been playing ridge racer 6 and up to the final races..??
Im just wondering on the best cars for the race.. There are just so many to choose from.
Just some tips.. After searching ive found not many guys can actually beat the first race.. It seems like its all ass and no class guys..
Sure, ill give it a go with whats suggested but why bother.. The points you get arent even worth the hrs.. Because of the final router#1 which is a absolute joke im seriously considering throwingf this TITLE in the bin.
How stupid to release a game where luck has somethjing to do with it.. lol
Never the less no doubt ill still try.. Its just so frustating especially when your good at it.. I beat world ranked 500/7000 last night racing on XBOX LIVE.. He was a japanese gamer (no doubt).
Tips for FINAL ROUTE#1:
For those who want to waste days and days of their time on a stupid last race i would suggest you use ANGELUS to race final route#1 as everyone who has done it used that so far..
You have to NOT use any nitros for 2 laps and on the final lap just before the BIG Hairping that goes underneath the concrete highway you have to give it 1 nitro.. then build up your 3 nitros again for the last stretch.
its a jag..and what a joke of a ending..
btw.. not impressed at all with the game testing.. Very poor.. The last few stages have nothing but gliches in them and freeze alot.. And this final route just takes the cake..
Id rather play pacman for 7 hrs then that final route#1 race.
The rest of the races are simple so ive been told.
if you finish it dont forget to big note yourself.. But i doubt you will..

I finally got through FINAL ROUTE#1 after 6hrs.. lol
Its all LUCK man.. Thats it..
Sure you have to be good to keep on the back of the cars but the end is just all luck.. 7hrs and 1 go out of those 7 i luckily got in front and stayed there from the last few corners.
FINAL ROUTE#2,3,4,5 to go and game is over.
good luck to anyone looking to finish it.

this is really gonna annoy you guys but i did it in 6 restarts so probs took me bout 20 mins max and it was all thanks to ur nos idea but i found it works best on the 1st lap then all you have to do is hold first for the last 2 laps

Wow, so my tips helped.. Glad to hear it.
I still havent finished the last few races on RIDGE RACER as it gave me the shits. Im not exactly hopeless at the game and i still get stuck.. lol _________________________________________________________ HQ Network:
