Neither of them happens so there are bigger problems with it. We have agreed for me to send it back to him as he sold it with the hard drive as working when it actually gives the e68 error.

ebay needs less people like him.

You took the words right out of my mouth. Thank god for paypal or I wouldn't buy anything from the ebay site. With paypal at least you have some insurance against the many scammers out there.

Got my money back from that knob end and went and bought another rrod. This one comes with all the leads, headset, wireless controller and new hard drive (well that's what the ad said, we will see).

Hopefully i have more luck this time.

I just scored a 360 off of ebay that had everything included..even a 360 remote control. I bought it off ebay for 150 and that is with shipping included! The lady that sold it too me said the system had been dropped and the casing was cracked in the corner but it still worked. Well I was kinda leery and hesitant but I purchased it with paypal and recieved the 360 Saturday and I hooked everything up and it fired up just fine and too my shock loaded the disc that had been left in the drive and next thing I know I am looking at a Guitar Hero 3 screen!LMFAO! Anyhow I am going to purchase a emerald green case for it and that should fix the appearance of it. But like I said everything else works just fine! Very Happy

Thats not a bad deal at all. Shame she didn't accidently include the guitar also Laughing

I just hope i have more luck this time. I don't want another 360, i just wanna fix one (i love to tinker). I'll keep the hard drive and swap the chrome dvd bezel with mine and then sell it on.

Got the xbox and i tried the 'secret', thanks 4 that XBOXHQ4LIFE. It gave me code 0201 i think it was. Anyway, i ripped it apart, took off the old thermal paste (or whatever that crap m$ puts on there is) and replaced the clamps with screws and washers. Turned it on and left it there for a few minutes to overheat, turned it back on and voila, magic happened. I used the cardboard shroud for the heatsinks and taped up the plastic fan cover part as best i could so it gets full suction.

My daughter was testing it out with Viva Pinata for me today, seems to be working fine Very Happy
