Well said guys! All your hard work is appreciated.
I have ran a number of high traffic and massively member sites in the past. I found it shocking to find out that less than 1% of the members will ever give back. This has been the same on my music lyrics site, my recipe site and other gaming sites I was involved in the past. In reality, only a 3rd of the 1% who helped in other ways contributed in donations. I did not realize the size of the membership base here before. It seems even a smaller percentage give-back to the community. I'll tell you it is not due to lack off content or quality that's for sure.
It is a sad state of affairs that people as a whole and in general are only interested in what they can get and mainly what they can get for free. It is something successful sites have to learn to cope and contend with. The thing is, if you do not offer uniqueness, freebies and quality content, you don't stand a chance. Those sites I mention do not exist anymore because I was highly discouraged about the lack of support and give back from the members.
So the main thing is to stay focused, continue building things even better and then staying positive while at the same time promoting the ways members can give-back and help out the sites much the way you guys are currently doing.

Hi guys,
Thankyou for all your great comments and support.
As you know I and I alone take care of writing code, administration, support and many other areas on the HQ network. I also have a small team of great guys who donate their time to help with news, achievements and support on all other sites including 360-hq.
If only each member could submit a review or even something small the site would grow immensely and a huge load would be lifted of the admins shoulders. I'm hoping that eventually it will take off and I will be able to work full-time on enhancements to the site like more leaderboard info and xbox live data like GH3 maybe and other games and bring features that you all want and would like to make your online gaming experience even more fun.
anyway, please get involved in the site in anyway you can even if you only digg our news or submit some game ratings for your profiles.
As always I will keep trying my best to keep the sites up to date with the latest info for you all.. Hope to see you all online sometime soon for a game guys.
I would love to see Wes213 as forums administrator. He gives so much to this site every second of every day! And now that he has a 360 he can hang with us! Just kidding Wes you know you the man! Well as I said he should be admin with news cos he does so much and I am sure he could do it.
Just as long as Wes213 is administrator of something on 360 HQ I will be happy. I mean the guy is a saint really when it comes to how much effort and time he puts into this site. He also has helped me personally many times on the phone when I needed help with something. So I really hope we can get him in a administrator position on 360 HQ asap. _________________________________________________________

Yeah last time I heard he didnt want to be admin cos he said he didnt have the time but the thing is it wont take any longer. All you have to do is the same thing but after you submit your submission the admins have to accept them and its easy to do all there is, is a button.
Hey he can take my spot, hobbs said its not like I do anything for him on here.
