Yeah I sold my need for speed most wanted game on ebay thinking I was done with it and now I am jonesing hard for it. So I think I will be keeping all my games just in case I can squeeze one more ounce of entertainment out of them. _________________________________________________________

I felt the same way, but then poped in my games to play them and realized I have realy done everything in them and played them so much that I realy need something fresh.

( nvidia FX 5500, 256mb DDR ) it has gone to crap and I would like a replacement, anything in good working order that is an upgrade from this model, depending on the value of your card I may be willing to trade multipul games. It is fine if it is a used card, as long as it works.
Other things I could use.....More memory. 512 mb or better pc 3200 DDR 400MHZ

I have a Geforce FX 5500 GPU in my computer as well. If your computer is PCI only like mine then thats the best card you can get. If you want a better performance overclock it (mine is overclocked). Overclocking will give you better performence for free. _________________________________________________________

I have seen other cards with the name FX 5500, but mine is the cheaper version goes for usualy under $50 new.
My pc has both PCI and AGP, this card is AGP.
The card is actualy no good, I can not use it for any gaming because it produces artifacts, where things like grass, rocks etc are streatched across the entire map, so I cant see anything, a pebble on the ground creates a piller that goes from the ground to the clouds,, its just had it.
Do the PCI cards perform better than the AVG? Not that I realy had any problems with mine before it went bad, but I would have liked just a little more power out of it so I could turn graphics on games up just a little bit more.
Well here is how to check. Get a program called rivatuner and install it. Then you need to go to system settings from there (its a side menu) and will be able to overclock the card. The settings that the core clock and memory are at when you first go in is the stock amount. My card runs at 270 mhz core clock and 400 mhz memory clock at stock, and im currently able to overclock it to 310 mhz core clock and 480 mhz memory clock. _________________________________________________________
