Hey,
I'm in the process of setting up my forum and was wondering how to have the GamerCard showing under the Avatar, like on HQ. Not the MyGamercard swf files etc...Do you need a phpBB mod?
I'm running phpbb 2.0.19.

There are no mods that i know of. I coded mine myself.. I coded the xbox live gamertag area many years ago now..
The new gamertag area thats nearly finished you will like.
Everyones profile all over HQ will soon show gamertags if they have one.

coding is programming.. If you are not a programmer you will need to use gamercard services on other websites.. But they will slam their logos accross all the gamertags.
sorry i cant help more xboxxxx but i have enough on my plate already mate let alone all the dramas lately in my personal life.. (god help me).
Look on the XBOX.COM website for some html code to add to your website.

No worries Hobbs. I was going to use the iframes (dad thinks it could work. hes a web designer) Just finding where the include/code for the avatar section on the side is.

I really hope your dad is a web designer otherwise you will never get it to work. The code is hidden throughout many many different snippets of code. I would love to share but i dont even remember where it is.. lol
That was ages ago now.. Ive upgraded tonnes since then.

Edit: I got the Gamertag showing under avatar using i frame code from Xbox.com also added field in profile to add Gamertag, so tommorow Dad and I will look at getting the data to and from the database.

personally xboxxxx.. I would appreciate you not release a mod for phpbb if you do get it working.. that is what makes sites unique man.. If you go and release all this info then your site will be no better then anyone elses. XboxHQ is currently so good coz we dont use GAMERCARD.net which sucks.. soon it will be even better with XBOX LIvE RANKINGS live from xbox.com.
You will soon learn this anyway.. ID suggest if you do figure it out (and it will tkae sometime) that you do not spread.

Otherwise he will have to search everything for the code.
Its split over like 3 php files and there are tonnes in the main directory to search through to find let me tell ya.. hahah
