Go to the games section on your 360 dashboard then there it should say game developers conference 2008 free games o ya u get some games people made too. click there then. Go to New Game Announcements Gears of war 2 and in there u should find it pretty easy.
ther is also ninja gaiden 2 demo and vids for fable 2 and too human.
