Ok, i have brought this question up before but it never got followed up on, so...........
How many people have the XBLA title Texas Hold 'em? And how many people would be interested in a REAL cash game. Something simple like $5 or $10 entry, and winner takes all or 1st and 2nd place prizes depending on how many entrants, with the site obviously taking a percentage of the prize money for helping with site running costs, just like any casino would, lol.
Rules and setup would be fairly simple. Depending on the amount of players, certain players would be chosen to set up each table holding a maximum of 8 players on each table. It would be a PLAYER table, not tournament style, because that way the table can be created PRIVATE and only invitations are sent out. Each person who set's up each table would be sending the invites to a pre determined list of entrants.
Although it is a PLAYER game, buying back into the game after you're knocked out is FORBIDDEN as this is essentially a tournament, this just happens to be the only way to set one up privately.
It would have something like a $5000 buy in with blinds starting at 10/20.
I have posted a poll regarding this question. I would like as much input as possible regarding this possible tourney. Why it would be like what were doing with the cod-4 tournament only a little bit diffrent.

Why would you be skeptical? it's basically the same as the COD tourney. All entrants pay the entry amount to a paypal account held by someone like Hobbs or me or Scarface, and the money stays there until the tourney is over, then the winner gets their prize paid to them immediately, again, through paypal, minus the percentage that the site gets obviously.

I'm just saying me personally I wouldn't have a problem with doing a cash prize for the tournament, I'm just saying other people might not want to so thats why I am skeptical of it. If theres enough interest then go for it!
