All i gotta say is WOW, lol i cant belive they are trying to sue MS for that much, and all because live is messed up.. You think they will win the case, or will MS win?
lol yea they prolly will, im sure they got like 30 of the most crooked lawyers they can find lol... but hey if them guys got the money for it and the time, more power to them, i wish them luck, im sure they will need alot of it lol _________________________________________________________

yeah but on the other hand MS has been slow with alot of things, just because they know people wont go else where, because nothing else is better.

Seriously.. For the price you pay you cant expect it never to have problems. Come on guys.. The service is the greatest gaming network ever, really it is.. millions and millions of online users and content.
I dont work for M$ or any of their affiliates and promote their product for absolutely free here on my site.. Why you may ask. Coz it's shit hot..
Sure it has some probs but the console was rushed in development but they are getting things right now.
With Xmas just passed and all the new xbox 360 users you can bet there servers are getting hit bigtime.
Another thing that gets me ticked off is when everyone says "make xbox live free".. Thats just ridiculous.. Can you imagine the problems the network would have if there were unlimited gold members gaming.

Yea i agree with you, but most MS products have lots of problems, maybe they just rush to get thier product out in the stores or something to beat the competetors. Kinda like Windows ME, that was horrible, they rushed that out the doors.. it has gotten better though, my Win XP crashes only bout 2-3 times a year lol, dont get me wrong im not trying to dis them, after all the Xbox and Xbox 360 (i think anyways) are the best consoles to get right now. I think they should just take a little more time to test thier product, after all if a competetor comes out with thier thing first then MS could improve thiers to make it better. _________________________________________________________

Time is what wins the console war and why they rushed to be the first nextgen console on the market.. Im glad they rushed it personally and dont mind the hiccups for ground breaking systems and technology.
There's been alot of talk lately thats the war is already over and xbox 360 is the winner for NEXT GEN (not talking about wii). I tend to agree because there is nothing else that offers the content, games nor value and there wont be for sometime to come. By then the next consoles will be nearly here.

I whole heartedly agree, time is money and MS knows this. Sure you have the RROD but they have spent the cash on fixing this issue. Just look at the user base of the 360, 17.7 million consoles and last time I checked it had an attach rate of game of like 10:1 (10 games per console sold) that is 177 million games out there.
MS will win this bout in the console war because there is nothing better out there, PS3 sucks big time and the Wii was a generation late. Sure the Wii is having extremly strong sales but it is a gimmick. They dont have the games to keep people coming back for more.
There is only one thing MS will need to do to continue winning the console war and that is to keep bringing out awesome games. The reason the PS2 kicked ass in the last generation is because of their games library. MS realises this and has made serious efforts this time to secure big name games as exclusives for the 360. For example Mass Effect, Gears, Halo 3 etc.
So all you 360ers just keep your eyes open for the following year, it will be a big one. The big players have been out for a year and have settled in for a Battle Royale.

P.S. Notice I didnt mention anything about LIVE. This alone should win MS this round in the war. Playstation network feels tacked on and the Wii only has 3 or 4 games capable of online play. Compare this to the 360 which nearly every game has online play and it makes a big difference
P.P.S In response to the original post MS reported that they had nearly 11 million gamers playing over this Xmas. That is a shit load of people logged on at any one time and playing games that require an immense amount of bandwidth to keep up with. If anyone out there can build a gaming network that can keep up with these sort of requirements put your hand up and apply for a job at MS. I didn't have any problem with live but if i did i wouldn't be sueing them. If they can't wait a few weeks to play without sueing, what can you be sued for? _________________________________________________________
Yea i dont really get it, they are sueing them but there wasnt any damages or anything. I guess they could try to get a nusance thing outta them.. I dunno, i just think its prettty brave of them to try this lol _________________________________________________________
