I get my console back from MS I open the box and hook up the console only to find out that my wireless controllers dont work so I call custoimer care and they tell me that I have to mail back my console cause something else is wrong that might have happened at the repair center and when I tell the service rep how upset i was with this she basically said well you get another free month of xbox live, I basically got my console back just to mail it back to them I cant beleive they get away with this now I have to wait another 3 weeks to get my console back whos in charge of this stuff no one is testing this console before the send it back they just open it and fix what they think is wrong and thats why I am really thinking about selling it when it comes back and getting a PS3
Yea that is a bunch of BS, if herd of ppl gettin thier 360 back with the same problem they sent it in for. you would think they would test EVERYTHING to make sure the whole thing is in working order incase somethin else is wrong also. _________________________________________________________

That my first idea. Most people are saying they are going to switch to ps3. I don't know why you would, has no games. If i was you id just sell the refurb on ebay when you get it back and go out and buy a new console. _________________________________________________________
you know, i think they should give you a BRAND NEW console, since it is there fault. I mean think about it, even if you didn't pay for it, you still have that warranty. A warranty is suppost to replace it, not just get it fixed... thats what i thought anyway.

I agree....If its screwed then MS should just replace it.......Im sure it wouldnt hurt em much and might even make them look at their quality control before sending out and selling faulty consoles....
Not to much of a sacrifice for MS really considering the amount of $ we all spend on their system.......

yea i agree with them on ms just giving you a brand new console, would make them look better, most of their stuff dont work right anyways lol (im sure someone is gonna get mad at me for that one but oh well lol) _________________________________________________________

Stay strong with your box man, PS3 is garbage i have one, the only game im thinking about trying is Unreal Tournament III only because its not on the 360, but i think i can wait and save my money

Im not going anywhere guys then I wouldnt have a reason to come to the HQ. I was just really frustrated thats all I still I am going to keep calling them until they make this right. And yeas hobbs I tried to sync the controller to the console for like half an hour before I called I even plug my play and charge kit in and tried to do it that way. Its just really iritating cause they acted like it was no big deal and they lady on the phone said to me "sir I dont see what the big deal is were going to fix it and give you a month of xbox live so you shouldnt be so upset." Thats funny i just paid for another year of xbox live so what am I really getting if you break it down there saying all this headache is worth about $4 usd. And yes I agree with everyone that I should receive a new console and A free game or something for all this trouble I really dont think they are testing these things out they know whats causing the rrod and there fixing that and not bothering to check what else was damaged with the console overheating so severely. I will not let this go I will call everday if I have to to resolve this issue with MS
