I'm very sorry darth that I have posted in tis forum. Sorry for making such a crappy mistake thats gonna make you complain once again to hobbs about me because i said something. Is there anything else while your here that you need to tell me and that I need to apologise for apart from the fact that I am here today and that I so happened to be on the site and doing things.
Ill tell you what, if you want speak to hobbs and you can be an admin then I will go join another site and do work for them and then we can be in competition to try and keep the sites running ok.

It is not easy to run a huge site operation like this with extremely limited income and help. I found it is highly stressful just to keep things top notch on the server end of things with hackers attacking day and night, I have to everyday find time to monitor the logs so I can keep creating security rules to protect these sites in particular while at the same time, not hindering the functions and smooth operation of the sites. It is not simple by any means.
Forahobby, has put blood sweet and tears into these sites to make them far better than any where else you may find. Quite frankly, they rival Microsoft's own xbox.com sites in quality and features.
What is becoming the hardest of all to accomplish? There are two main things. Just finding ways to keep the sites a float financially and then something called growing pains.
Part of the growing pains are that as the sites grow, it becomes more and more impossible for one man to keep up to make a lively dynamic site to the visitors. If this person stops, then the site would quickly become old and even eventually break down to the point of collapse. Forahobby has not let thins happen even through health problems, family issues and lack of funding. He is the Champion of the HQ sites! He has been trying to bring others into the administration roles of the HQ sites for some time now. This has proven to be tough to do. For example, I sometimes work in a small building energy performance company. While the business has an unlimited supply of work the main problem with growth has been finding and keep employees to stabilize the company. Well, after 3 years with them, it has all hit the fan and the company is going down the tubes. Why, the people.
All I am trying to point out is to you admins and mods is that it is not easy and it will not be easy to participate as is needed to keep these sites on top. It takes commitment, dedication and yes suffering at times. It is one of the reasons I have not committed myself to an administrator role or even a moderator role as I focus on more background and unseen tasks.
Just remember everyone goes through hard times and some times it is harder than other times. We all understand, and it is ok to take a break at times to relax and get on your feet again. Forahobby needed to do this, as has others and so have I. The main thing is to remain positive and be unified, especially anyone with the roles of Moderator or Administrator.
You see, when you type, it does not necessarily convey your intentions, emotions, and it is easy to misunderstand someones writing. I have misunderstood some peoples post here as well in the past. Rather than taking offense ( ...and I am guilty of this), let's try to be friendly, forgiving and helpful. This is something very hard for me. I am a private and closed-in type person so I have to try and make the extra effort.
I appreciate every-one's efforts here. I love these sites and I love the 360 so I hope we can all work together and make this the great of all the competing sites out there!

Made that "member" seem a little bit precocious. After a few minutes and a few laughs by some other members...it was gone! The ENTIRE TOPIC! GONE!
