ok got a problem...i had a release day 360 that i got rid of a little while back. I had some oblivion content that i downloaded onto it a while back (mehrunez razor, orrery, the wizards tower, etc...) since then I have purchased another box (elite with 120 gig hdd), I re-downloaded all that stuff onto my new box and none of it will show up when I play the game. The quests dont show up, no wizards tower, nothing...
any ideas on what to do?

Sounds to me like your content is locked to your old hdd..
Most downloadable content is locked in one way or another.
I have problems playing my Rainbow Six Vegas extra maps if I use my HDD on another console.. Its fine if i use it on the one i downloaded it originally on.
Only thing i could maybe suggest is clearing your cache and redownloading it again.
Please note when you remove cache you may need to update nearly everything again.
anyone else got some tips or heard of this problem with the new oblivion content??
When it starts up does it say loading extra content? _________________________________________________________

I'm pretty sure he knows that the stuff aint there darth.
When my first Xbox got the 3 rings o death, I slapped the HDD into my new 360 and all of my downloads for Oblivion worked. I would be Clearing the Cache and starting again bud _________________________________________________________ Mattster
Ive had it before where it said loading content for a few times on the nights of the nine content and it wasn't there. Then after like 2 more times of loading it, it told me it was corrept and i had to redownload it.
Seems as though this is a cache issue or that the content for oblivion is download to the xbox since you can go someone thats downloaded and save there. Then go to someone elses xbox that doesn't have that content (with your own harddrive) and start up that save and you'll be out in the middle of no where. So i don't think its all the way hard drive downloaded. _________________________________________________________

I chucked in oblivion when connected to XBL and it did an update to the game. Since then the Downloadable content dont work. I'll try and clear the cache and I'll post if that fixes the probs.
UPDATE
Here is the solution
I deleted the items off my hard drive, cleared the cache, did the system update when chucking in the game and then re downloaded the content. All items are now working fine. _________________________________________________________ Mattster
