Alrighty guys heres the deal. So I have finally decided to pull myself away from multiplayer long enough to actually play the game. I get to where I have just destroyed the huge gun, the covenant take off, and (i guess) the flood hit the scene. BUT.. My xbox gives me a "disk is unreadable..clean it" message. Well I took my disk out and lo and behold it looks like it has been scratched in a circle around the disk. Kinda strange since the disk hasnt been out of my console since I bought it.. They arent very deep but apparently bad enough. Anybody else have disk issues? Did my xbox do it?

I believe you can get your halo 3 LE scratched disc replaced by M$..
Ill try and find the news story for you.
Another thing you might want to look into is the fact that many 360's have been blamed for scratching a disc in a perfect circle like you described. Microsoft says it is because you moved your 360 while the disc was inside and still spinning but it has happened to me numerous times with the first released 360's and I never moved it once. Just food for thought.
