about a week or so ago, I saw the advert on marketplace to download the left 4 dead demo, went to download it, but got an error message prompting me to try again later. Well now I dont even see the demo anywhere on XBL.

I also downloaded the demo about a week or so ago. This game is great. I can't wait to buy it. I have hear that since the new update came out that there have been a few minor issues with download content from Marketplace. So be patient they should have it working soon. _________________________________________________________

I have looked through All Games Demos, new arivals and even all content for left for dead and there is no demo for the game showing up anywhere. All that comes up is a single video available for download.

This might be like the rainbow six vegas 1 multiplayer demo where they took it off the marketplace after a certain amount of time. _________________________________________________________

I was pretty keen to check this out myself but i had similar probs.. I'd say its just a update glitch.. Lots of server load happening etc..
Try agan and im sure it will work.. Also check which countries the demo is available for.. I have a few accounts to download demos etc.
