Yeah, i think this guy is in the clear. He clearly started more than once that it was only a box for sale, and by doing that avoided getting into any kind of shit. I love this part: "This is not even a factory made xbox 360 box. I made it myself, just a few minutes ago. It does not contain an Xbox 360 console, just the Xbox 360 home-made box. this box is great hand made by me says XBOX right on it It doesn't look anything like the picture I included in the auction. It looks much better, in my opinion. "
Haha, good stuff.
It seems that you can sell anything on EBAY these days. A bit of advice.....dont buy stuff on EBAY if you cant read.

Wow. I was just reading the paper and there's a story about a woman in a similar situation who bought what she thought was an ipod for her son for Xmas. She paid almost $300 for it and when she got it, it was just the box. She contacted the guy who sold it to her and he told her she should have read the whole add. I kinda feel sorry for these people but at the same time i would think that if you were buying something online, you would read everything there is about it before shelling out hundreds of dollars!! Oh well, live and learn
hehehe
I remember a few years ago, there was a similar incident involving the sale of a 'Fender Stratocaster Air Guitar'. Some guy ended up paying nearly $6000 for a guitar box, containing a note reading,
"Congratulations on the purchase of your new Fender Air Guitar, ENJOY!"
Some people..... _________________________________________________________
hahah my friend told me about the air guitar one. the xbox360 box i saw a while back. i was actually gonna do the same thing cause i need money haha. i couldve sold it for like a grand cause i got my 360 3 days before the US release. anyway people these days are getting stupider and stupider while others just laugh and get rich of their asses. my 2 cents _________________________________________________________ XBOX
