alright i gave it a static ip address and kept the gateway, dns and subnet mask but still no luck...I thought maybe my crossover cable is not functioning so i hooked up my laptop to my PC through the bridged connection and both PC's had internet !
So i concluded that the 360 is having trouble with holding on to an IP lol, im not sure if that helped or not but better to be safe than sorry

What I think is happening, is Ics is trying to use a ip that is the starting ip for the router. Heres the error.
"An internet connection cannot be shared. A LAN connection is already configured with the IP address that is required for automatic IP Addressing."
i was just thinking about that myself..
Something in his house is using 192.168.0.1 and the ICS requires that ip to share. _________________________________________________________ HQ Network:
