If you haven't beat the game yet, and don't want the ending spoiled.
Read no further!
Am I the only one, kinda pissed by the ending? I play thru the game on realistic, which is not that easy. Get to the last level, got tough around the first part of the damn. Then the last level wasn't that hard at all. So I'm thinking I still got a peice to go. See I've been betrayed, shoot at the chopper cause im pissed, it starts smoking yada yada yada. Then bam it happened, To Be Continued. Wtf, I can't stand endings like that, and from such a great game as this they ended it with those 3 evil words.
To say the least I'm annoyed by this ending, surprised I hadn't come across the ending before getting there. Read enough forums/game sites. But alas I was taken by surprise and am still a bit annoyed. Anyone else feel this was a shame?

I thought the story was well done but didnt particularly like the ending either.. But hey, im glad theres another r6v coming by the looks of it..

Come now with scoring for this game, support of the community, and just the sheer brilliance of the game. I knew after the second level there would be something in the horizon to pickup after this game, but the 3 evil words was just that, .........................evil.
Could have spent half the time they did on the story, for the ending. Perhaps you run out and save jude, and get whacked in the process and it fades slowly to black, with hints of you going to make it and what not. Like "hang on, we still need to get the bastard that betrayed us...".

when you play a realy good game it does not matter what kind of ending it has, It always sucks. when you play a real crapy game it could have the worst ending ever and you are glad its over so you can stop playing it.
what kind of ending can Halo3 have that people will not be disapointed that its the end of the game. If you want to talk about horrible endings just ask any of us Sopranos fans that have watched the series all the years from the begining and got shafted with a non ending. Im still pissed, I was going to buy the whole collection on DVD but not now, how can I watch any episode without thinking about the crapy ending, I want to break something... Now you got me on a rant

i agree, not happy with ending, very much an anti-climax!!
i would have liked it to go out in a blaze of glory, something great. maybe something loud and explosive, (something that isnt a missle blowing up a couple of km's in the air.)

I loved it! Beat it 2 times now maybe goin on 3rd for realistic this time again. (if i figure it out) But I loved the words to be continued just because there making anther game out of it! Can't f@#$%^& wait !

If you like GRAW 2 then you are going to love R6V. I think it is the best game ever. I play it everyday with hobbs, endless and now jbrizzel.
