the demo was a waste of time! if i wanted to see how pretty stock cars look in the game, i coulda went on the website and looked at some pictures! why release a demo with almost every car to choose from being in the last game? why not include a taste of how the modifications are gonna work, why not let us mess around a bit with the new paint and vinyl area thats been boasted about so much being soooo much better then forza 1? other then that the demo was great !

I agree totally.. But dont you all find that demo's just suck in general..
The best demo i ever did see was Battlefield 2: Modern Combat.. lmao and that was ages ago.
I really think I will like FORZA 2 but only because of the pure simulation.. You have to remember guys this is no arcade style game.. Its simulation. If your not into cars i doubt you will like this game very much.
One thing i did love was the fact you could browse the entire car while the replay was playing back.. You get to see every single variable on your car as your scoot around the track..
The Graphics on my HDTV are very nice but the backgrounds are very bland thats for sure. The Sound is nice and the gameplay is realistic.
No wonder the JAP guys are going crazy over this game.. I can imagine you would be able to setup your car to drift better too.. Thats why they would be into it i bet.

I had a quick Google AU search and all I could find were 2 top of the range kits.
Man you must be kidding. Is that how much you paid for that driving seat?? God dam.. lmao
Here is the base package in $AUD:
Pricing options for the 'GT2' simulator
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. You save if you buy the 'GT2' pack instead of all components separately.
Choose your GT2 and wheel package: Total Price
GT2 with G25 Racing Wheel (PS2 and PC)1 $1844.95
GT2 with Driving Force Pro Wheel (PS2 and PC)2 $1549.00
GT2 with Drive FX Racing Wheel (XBox 360)3 $1449.00
I gotta do alot of work to get one of those.. lmao.

No no no! Alot less.
Anywho some more info from the forza forums.
Um...forahobby mentioned simulation and it is that and so much more. One poster mentioned that he was on his 50th minute (last lap) of an endurance race with simulation damage on and he ran out of petrol! How amazing is that?
For the US guys out there most ebgames will have it in by 12 noon tomorrow. I personally am getting mine on the 2nd from eBay as apposed to the 8th. The seller gets his shipment on the 1st and it is going straight out next day service, woo!
Also some (heck most, well EVERYONE) will be pleased to hear that upon loading Forza 2 for the 1st time you get a update which fixes AA problems and according to users makes the game look just like the screenshots. Far less 'jaggies' and overall improvement. I must admit at times the jaggies did get pretty bad. People were saying that PGR3 did not suffer these problems and with the update neither did Forza.
Watch out in the next few weeks for a custom car thread with my creations and hopefully all of yours.
P.S I will be looking to bring the HQ gang into a racing team on Forza and other 360 titles (Forza 3 (hehe) DiRT)
P.P.S I may go on about this game, I am addicted but I am no racing hero! I am roughly 5secs slower than the top times showing up in the forums.
