After looking at the guts of the 360 I am a little dismayed at the layout. It looks somewhat low-end to me but I am sure they will keep redesigning the MB over time. It may not be cheap to replace those mem chips after seeing the style used. you might have to consider that you will have to circumvent all of the security that has been put in place by M$ to keep people like us out of it, but still all and all, It would make for one cheap server if you can keep it stable. and would be great for the site. But they are boasting encryption for each unit and that is going to be a pain to get around. Hope you can do it just the same. Gdale

Your right about the protections on it but I am sure the modders will figure it out. Then there's the heating issues but that is easily dealt with.
