You really just need to know how to network a little to get things done.
Ok.. If your pc is working then the ipconfig info, DNS etc is fine i would say.. Are you sure you have filled out all the areas of your xbox 360 with the same info..
Reply with your XBOX 360 IP Address and PC Info or router info.
Can you log into your browser to change your settings??
you will need to or you will have to leave dynamic ip's on.
