I see all this speculation of a black 360, with a upped hdd, HDMI port, and possible other goodies. But whats funny is no one has really thought about perhaps this live update isn't just about maintanence.
Perhaps its putting in the code, for the use of a larger hdd, and other goodies the "Elite" might have. Sounds reasonable, but no one is thinking on it like I am, I suppose. I know its not a full blown dash update, (which worries me, perhaps that update will be the one that hacked firmware's playing on live get punished. Just my thoughts.) but still kinda coincidental with the rumors of the "Elite" coming soon?
What are your thoughts, think it might hold some truth?

Hi guys,
I really believe they are working on xbox live users who have modded boxes and have been for sometime with no luck.. No doubt they have different teams of guys and girls working on other stuff like dashboard enhancements etc too though.
My Wishlist is:
- Video Categories
I actually hope they bring categories into the my videos section.. Its a nightmare with tversity for me.. I have like 1000 things to scroll though.
- Clan Features (or friend cats)
Id, also like a clan feature.. Would be nice to organise your friends too this way..
theres just so much it could be, but until it comes i guess well never know unless someone leaks the info.

I too would like to see a clan feature, and a category for your friends list. Would make it so much easier, could place all real friends in one, friends you met off live, and of course the Hq crowd.
Lets see what the dashboard update brings, I'd imagine that will be the overhaul were all waiting to see.

As for the Elite 360, this is something I have been waiting for. I am sick of the tiny 20GB drive and I refuse to buy a bunch of tiny 20Gb drives.
So the Elite 360 is going to be my second 360 and I'll be keeping my current one setting up a dual 62" HDTV play room. He He.. YES!
I see the need like you guys said for categories.

They have had a leak of a store that put up pre orders for a 120 gig hdd for 140, but as soon as it was leaked it was taken off the site. So im sure you will get your wish in due time.

Either way i dont think it will matter if they support it or not.. Once their firmware supports 120gb im sure guys will be pumping out their own clones with all the software available.

I sure will be... LoL pay 140 bucks for a 120 gig hdd, when I can buy a compatible one for half the price, and as larger hdd's come out, I'll get that much more space.

Which is good news too. You can do this on the PS3, put a larger drive in.
