Looks like our Australian friends are getting screwed over the price, i bet this means a £200 price for us brits to (and i thought that £130 was too much.

Well if that is true I am sure DJB and FH will be getting their copy of halo 3 from a US consumer. Personally, if i do buy it, I will just get the standard copy...I have no use for a helmet or a shiny tin that will be placed somewhere to be found ten years later (that is by then only worth a quarter as well)...I typically can never see a difference between a limited edition of a game and the standard copy...most of the times its just some extra bonus "making of the game" footage....come on, if you have that much extra time to beat the game on all difficulties and then result to watching the extra movies you should have just saved the extra money and bought another game....later _________________________________________________________ Xbox V1.6

I agree with what your saying about the bonus disc, i've got the special edition of GOW and the only time the bonus disc comes out of the box is when i've had a couple of beers and put the wrong disk in.
Still having said that, i just cant resist the shiny metal box (i want the helmet but it's just to much for something that just going it sit in the box, theres no way my wife will allow that sit on top of the TV).
So whilst i know i'll never watch the bonus disc i'll be getting the special edition and putting it next to my GOW and PDZ metal boxes. _________________________________________________________

Welcome Chrismcv to the site, hope to see you around more often. What was your motivation for purchasing the legendary edition? I think it might be cool as a conversational piece. Or if you put a smaller sized lcd screen in it, that would be a wicked way to play halo 3.
