I have an360 and one green light stays on seems to be working fine. does any one hav an idea about this. Question

Are you talking about one of the quadrants? Look on your controller does the light match up with the light on the 360? If so this is just indicating which controller is turned on, Top left is 1, top right is 2, bottom left is 3, bottom right is 4. It's working as it should, no problems, you only have to worry about something when you see red lights.
