Decalgirl.com has a bunch of skins also that would not void the warranty. My only gripe with these black skins/jackets is the bits of white that still peek thru.
I wouldn't send my 360 back to MS for repair anyway. There are a bunch of sites that fix them for $60 and the turnaround time is way better than MS.

XboxXXX sent his modded 360 back to m$ to fix.. lol
His case was modded etc etc and they havent said anything..
