I just got my NME-360 aladdin 2 chip for my 360, Got a samsung drive and as far as i was aware, there were only 2 different types of 360. I opened up my 360 to find that the installation diagrams that i've got look nothing like my opened 360. I've spent all morning looking for results but nothing. Any chance anyone else has had this problem, or if someone could link me to some better install diagrams it would be much appreciated. Samsung drive on PAL 360 cheers

Hi Spud0r,
You obviously know that you have to remove the dvd drive from its casing and soldier directly to the mainboard of the xbox 360 dvddrive dont you??
When i did mine i removed the dvdrom drive casing and disconnected the mainboard.. I then just soldiered as per the intructions..
anyway, hope that explains a little if you didnt already know.
