I was just wondering how many Sony's lies you have caught, and what they are. If I'm wrong on the ones I've seen correct me and if youv'e seen others post them,,,,,,,, Im Curious.
Blue Ray Disc for High definition game play:
This one leads the common person into believing that you can't have HD games on a DVD.
50 gig BRDs for game storage on HD games:
It will be sometime before you get games that regularly require more than 9 gigs unless they are using MPEG2 for cut scenes. And it will be a really good while before we see anything beyond the need for 2 DVDs but sony was all about multi disc sets in the day: charge and extra 10 bucks for another $0.25 worth of cost. I'd almost bet not a single game of Sony's will use anything above the 23Gig BRD anyway. And I wouldn't put it past them to still use DVDs for games either due to their lower cost.
They claim that they have the most powerful processor,,,,,,, not the most powerful system,,,,,,,,, the devil is in the details.:

If they do have the most powerful system its not by much and they lead you to believe that this is the sole factor in how well a game looks and plays:
It is really up to the programers and how much effort they put into it. to this day I don't think the original Xbox has lived up to its full potential. what makes Sony think that its third party develpers or Sony's own for that matter will put full effort into developing the best game possible due to the reported difficulty in using its DEV kits,,,,,,,,,, M$ DEVs are reported to be much easier to use and with only a hairs difference in system performance, that's certain to spell trouble for Sony.
Well the Sony can play games at 1080p:
What good does that do you, when only 2 of your games were running 1080p at E3 and of most of the ones running at just 720p, their developers had no plans to move them beyond that resolution. Oh and the fact that the 1080p is at least 10 years from being in the average home.
Sony didn't anounce out loud the true difference between the 499 and 599 versions. If they did it was edited out of all of the clips that I have seen. the news I saw came from some type of comparison spec sheet.:
Well I guess they did this because they would have been booed off stage,,,,, oh and this also ties into the lie above.
And the last thing from me,,,,,,,, Look at all of the promises of E3 2005 if you want to see some more not listed above. _________________________________________________________

haah.. nice info.. Makes me laugh... I hate SONY personally, They have had the market for years and done nothing with it.
Now with M$ as competition they decide to try and step up.. lol
About 10 years to late i reckon.. If only they dreamt up half the ideas xbox have they would still be up there.

Anyone want to lend a thought to this,,, that the reason E3 is dead is because Sony shot them selves in the foot with it. When did E3 get big??????? when Sony came on board,,,,,,,,When did E3 die?????? When Media backed Sony decided it was only hurting them. _________________________________________________________
