i think online updates etc killed the console hack scene, if you update they brick it or ban it. they have level 0 keys for ps3 so its wide open for anything. ps3 is as hacked as you can get.
but you hack it they find it and ban it so no great need for the hacks as a lot of people want online still.
i think the hack scene need to take a page from the xk3ys play book and create a sort of sand box for their updates and checks which fools the machine when it calls home, "nothing to see here move along". updates from the community when they release updates.
its a shame they do this, they make more money than hollywood and hardly anyone pirates games as its too inconvenient to download gb's (imagine downloading 30GB or more per game). but it hurts homebrew and innovation, just look at the xboxOG they wish an xbox1 could do half of what a tricked out OG can do.
do they have anything like the xk3y on the ps3? i know they do on other consoles. _________________________________________________________ Xbox v1.1

oh crap they left that out of their website lol theres always a catch. even with xk3y you need the dvd key so you gotta rgh most of the time, when i looked into it.
cant wait till 360's are $20 each on ebay, ill probably replace my OG's and rgh/jtag & xk3y and use xbc or xlink kai for online, although i dont really care about online, campaign is good enough for me.
