dude! why didn't u just get a shell?or a faceplate? or a skin for ur 360? u aren't supposed to paint it!forget the fact that the fumes/odor/chemicals from the paint itself will almost undoubtedly f*#k up ur motherboard,since u did take the casing off,u expired(prematurely)the 360 warrantee!so instead of spending $20-$50 to get a shell,u will inadvertently spend $___ however much the console is worth!

I fix my rrod so often I dont even bother using the case anylonger, I even got rid of the inner metal case, Its just bare bones now. This is how I play it now.
Easy access for baking it when need be and when that does not work, flip it over and adjust the x-clamps. No messing with the case or screws.
Thinking about cutting and extending the cables to the disc drive so I can have that set up a few feet away next to the tv and away from the xbox (or whats left of it)

lmfao.. I had a 360 that i used to play bare bones too.. The mainboard would always short when it was in the case so i ended up doing the same.
