Yeah I'm confident I can do it. These consoles were all free anyways, so I won't be taking a loss really. But between the link I posted and you provided, which seems to have less soldering and do I still need to buy the other kit you mentioned earlier with this chip?

I checked out the official guide of the product you post, and yes it's more easy... it's pretty much like JTaging.

The difference is that the one post has chip with the Nand, the one you posted you flash the Nand on the console.

I would go for the one you posted, it's easier and cheaper. Make sure you read the tutorial (i'll post it on 360-hq soon)

Would you mind linking me to the guide?

Edit: I just found the tutorial and saw where I first need to install the Nand flasher. This is going to be a good amount of soldering.

I found this thing with an awesome design. Sweet dice on the back of it. It seems a little pricey tho. Is this what I'm going to need top get started?

Ok. So was I correct in that all I need now is the Nand flasher? I'm trying to get a list I guess of what I need so I can find the best bang for the buck. Also to make sure I set some money aside for everything I need.
