I checked out the official guide of the product you post, and yes it's more easy... it's pretty much like JTaging.
The difference is that the one post has chip with the Nand, the one you posted you flash the Nand on the console.
I would go for the one you posted, it's easier and cheaper. Make sure you read the tutorial (i'll post it on 360-hq soon) _________________________________________________________

Edit: I just found the tutorial and saw where I first need to install the Nand flasher. This is going to be a good amount of soldering. _________________________________________________________

Ok. So was I correct in that all I need now is the Nand flasher? I'm trying to get a list I guess of what I need so I can find the best bang for the buck. Also to make sure I set some money aside for everything I need. _________________________________________________________
